📋 About the Continuing Education Center

The Continuing Education Center was established at the Presidency of the Middle Euphrates Technical University on 01/10/2017. Its first activity was holding training courses on teaching methods, with the support and encouragement of the university president. A unified mechanism was established for organizing training courses, workshops, seminars, and teaching sessions for all university divisions. The center’s activities expanded to include development courses for postgraduate applicants in computer testing, Arabic, and English languages, as well as courses for staff promotions and several workshops on e-learning for all university divisions. The center also uploads lecturers’ materials to the website and conducts electronic tests for students via the Moodle system. Since its establishment, the center has completed 1,925 training courses with 69,137 participants. Additionally, it has organized 10 scientific seminars and 30 workshops with 1,603 participants from various community institutions. These programs include courses in teaching methods, human resources, Arabic language proficiency, computer leadership, computer applications, and other specialized courses. The center also seeks collaboration with private universities such as Al-Kafeel University, Al-Mustaqbal University, and Imam Al-Sadiq University, as well as government institutions. The center aims to develop advanced and specialized training programs beneficial to society, graduates, and government institutions.
