Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Najaf Polytechnic College, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, the Student Affairs Division at the College commenced its organizational and administrative procedures for students eligible to apply under the top 20% category of institute graduates for the academic year 2025–2026.
These procedures were carried out as part of the College’s commitment to organizing the application process and ensuring its smooth implementation in accordance with the applicable regulations and official instructions. The procedures included receiving and reviewing the lists of eligible students and verifying that their names were included among the top 20% according to the approved rankings, in addition to reviewing their data and matching it with the official information and documents approved by the College to ensure data accuracy and procedural integrity.
The Division also organized and classified the student lists according to the relevant academic departments and specializations, contributing to facilitating follow-up and coordination with the concerned departments. In addition, the Division distributed the application codes to eligible students through an organized mechanism that ensured their proper delivery and enabled students to complete the required application procedures.
In the same context, the Student Affairs Division provided students with the necessary guidance and instructions regarding the use of the application codes and the steps required to complete the application process. Students were also reminded of the importance of keeping their codes secure and not sharing them with others. The Division further followed up on students’ cases and addressed any issues that might arise during the procedures in coordination with the relevant authorities and departments.
The procedures also included continuous coordination with the academic departments to follow up on eligible students, verify the accuracy of their data, and ensure the smooth implementation of the application process. In addition, the distribution of codes and follow-up procedures were documented, and the necessary lists and databases were prepared to ensure the completion of administrative requirements and facilitate future reference when needed.
These procedures reflect Najaf Polytechnic College’s commitment to enhancing the quality of administrative performance, improving the level of services provided to students, and organizing the application process according to accurate procedures and a clear methodological framework. This ensures data accuracy, facilitates the timely completion of transactions, and promotes the smooth implementation of procedures, while reflecting the College’s commitment to applying the approved regulations and instructions for the academic year 2025–2026 and supporting students in continuing their academic journey through the officially approved procedures.
