Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Najaf Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salah Mahdi Al-Adli, held an extensive orientation meeting on Sunday morning, June 14, 2026, with summer training students from various academic departments. This meeting was part of specific preparations for launching the current summer training programs. The university administration is committed to establishing organized cooperation in sharing practical experience and connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. Emphasizing the importance of summer training, a key pillar in building technical students, this feature represents an opportunity to acquire better skills and become familiar with the requirements of work within governmental and private institutions, which positively reflects on the level of graduates’ competence and their ability to compete in the labor market. The meeting included an extensive discussion of the most prominent challenges and obstacles that students may face during the training period, where the Assistant Dean listened to their ideas and inquiries related to the mechanisms of their distribution across the details of the work and the nature of the work and tasks that they will determine after discussing ways to facilitate procedures that may affect the progress. It was decided to determine a number of solutions and alternatives so that all students have opportunities that suit their scientific specializations and ensure the determination of the training program. Within the executive organizational framework, students were divided into program groups after determining their residential areas and the centers specified for their residential areas to the training sites only, including the program for the smooth implementation of the program. I stood out as a member of the committee as an official member as a member of the guidance and supervisory activities group, which focused on the importance of commitment to attendance and discipline on time, and stressed the selection of the best among the best. Rather, it is better to have professional ethics and responsible behavior that reflects the academic and civilized level of the medical technical students of Najaf, Dr. Al-Adli, that the summer training does not fail to perform the tasks in the current month, a valuable opportunity to learn from experience, and the matter needed evidence of the guidance of professors, supervisors and workers. At training sites to develop their emerging technical and administrative skills, the path is directed towards preparing them for the requirements of the new professional life. The experience gained by the creative during the diverse training period is an important asset that increases their chances of obtaining suitable jobs after graduation, especially in light of the brilliant labor market and the advanced need for advanced competencies that keep pace with the new technology. This is within the series of programs and activities in which the Deanship of the Third Najaf for Student Affairs and Administration participated, which is consistent with the vision of Al-Furat University of Technology in preparing technical staff who possess scientific knowledge and applied experience and contribute effectively to serving and helping develop artificial intelligence. At the end of the meeting, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs stressed the Deanship of the Institute’s keenness to follow up on the summer training programs and provide the necessary facilities for their success. The joint meeting of all students witnessed the participation of all participants and providing them with a set of professional and educational guidance that will make their participations better for integration into the labor market after application.
