The Dean of Al-Najaf Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, received a delegation from the Syndicate of Engineering Professions in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf during a visit aimed at strengthening academic and professional cooperation and reviewing the most significant scientific and administrative developments currently taking place at the institute.

The delegation included the Head of the Syndicate and several of its members, who expressed their admiration for the scientific achievements accomplished by the institute. They praised the qualitative steps taken by the deanery in establishing new scientific departments in line with labor market requirements and modern technological developments.

They also commended the anticipated transformation of the institute from a technical institute into a Polytechnic College comprising multiple engineering departments, emphasizing that this step represents an important academic transition that will contribute to supplying society with specialized scientific and professional competencies.

For his part, the Dean of the institute, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the engineering professionals for their continuous support and active participation in all efforts aimed at enhancing the scientific standing of the institute and strengthening its academic and professional position.

He emphasized the importance of joint cooperation in building an advanced educational environment that keeps pace with modern development requirements.

He also pointed out the deanery’s commitment to involving engineering and technical expertise in the future within the institute’s advisory council in order to benefit from their practical experience in developing educational and training programs and strengthening communication channels between the academic sector and various professional fields.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the importance of continuing cooperation and coordination between Al-Najaf Technical Institute and the Syndicate of Engineering Professions, in a manner that supports the educational process and enhances the quality of academic and professional outcomes, reflecting the institute’s vision toward a more advanced and distinguished future.
