The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hah Lo Al-Askari, honored the graduates of the fifth cohort of students from Al-Alamein Institute for Postgraduate Studies in Najaf Al-Ashraf.
In his speech during the graduation and honoring ceremony, attended by the Governor of Najaf Al-Ashraf, the Chairman of the Provincial Council, a number of Members of Parliament, former ministers, university presidents, and representatives of the Bahr Al-Uloom Charitable Foundation, he stressed that obtaining higher degrees represents great value for students and a national asset embodied in minds capable of contributing to development, decision-making, addressing challenges, and supporting state institutions with solid scientific expertise.
He added that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research continues to promote academic rigor and quality performance by adopting and updating programs in universities, colleges, and institutes, enabling these institutions to achieve their goals at the academic level and to maintain a sustainable presence in global academic evaluation and competition arenas.
The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hah Lo Al-Askari, also honored a group of PhD, Master’s, and Diploma graduates. He conducted a tour of the facilities of Al-Alamein Institute for Postgraduate Studies, reviewing its educational environment in the departments of law, political science, media, and accounting. He praised the efforts of its staff and students in producing theses and dissertations that enrich various academic fields.
