The Najaf Technical Institute held a solemn memorial service for the late Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The service was attended by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, along with faculty, staff, and students. The event witnessed active participation from various academic departments in both the morning and evening programs, reflecting the deep unity and sense of human responsibility that characterizes the academic community. The atmosphere was one of reverence and deep emotion as the virtues and legacy of the deceased were recalled, with emphasis placed on the values ​​of steadfastness and resilience he embodied in the collective consciousness of his supporters. In speeches delivered during the occasion, attendees expressed their rejection of what they described as a brutal and systematic aggression, strongly condemning the attacks targeting civilian sites, particularly those associated with students and children. They affirmed that targeting educational institutions constitutes a flagrant violation of human values ​​and international norms. The academic community also expressed profound sympathy and love. The sympathy towards the Iranian people, wishing that peace and security will prevail throughout the sisterly Iran and that the cycle of violence will stop in a way that preserves lives and protects human dignity. The condolence gathering held at the Najaf Technical Institute embodied a humanitarian and academic stance of solidarity, in which professors and students expressed their deep sorrow and sincere sympathy, emphasizing their rejection of the attacks targeting the Iranian people and educational institutions, and renewing the call for peace, security and stability in the entire region.
