In a step that reflects the commitment of the Dean of the Technical Institute of Najaf to provide the best services to citizens and facilitate procedures, Professor Dr. Haider Al-Abdali, Dean of the Institute, conducted a field follow-up on citizens’ affairs through the Citizens’ Affairs Unit.
During his visit to the Citizens’ Affairs Unit, Dr. Al-Abdali reviewed the mechanism of receiving citizens’ requests, complaints, and suggestions, as well as the speed of processing transactions. Dr. Al-Abdali emphasized the importance of continuous communication with citizens via the institute’s dedicated email, responding to their inquiries as quickly as possible. He also encouraged utilizing technological advancements and implementing the Electronic Citizen Government System by submitting citizens’ requests through the electronic form available on the institute’s website.
Dr. Al-Abdali stressed the importance of this step in facilitating procedures, saving citizens’ time and effort, and reducing the need for personal attendance at the institute. These steps aim to establish the concept of globalization at the institute and take advantage of the technological advancements currently witnessed globally, transforming the institute into a smart government institution that provides its services to citizens efficiently and smoothly.
