Students must be present in person and expedite registration within a maximum period of five days, starting from Wednesday, November 13, 2024, until Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Registration location: Najaf Technical Institute, Scientific Complex Building.
Registration time: From 8:00 AM until the end of official working hours on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 2:30 PM.

 

 

  1. A certified check from Al-Rafidain Bank, Al-Ghari Branch (located in Najaf Governorate, Aden neighborhood), addressed to the Najaf Technical Institute – Evening Studies. The check amount should be as follows:
  • Fees for Medical Departments (Cosmetic and Laser Technology, Vision Examination Technology, Dental Technology, Forensic Technology, and Health Management Technology): 2,125,000 IQD (Two million, one hundred twenty-five thousand dinars).
    This amount includes registration fees of 125,000 IQD (one hundred twenty-five thousand dinars) and student ID issuance fees.

  • Fees for Engineering Departments (Medical Equipment Technology, Oil Refining Technology, and Communications Technology): 1,325,000 IQD (One million, three hundred twenty-five thousand dinars).
    This amount includes registration fees of 125,000 IQD (one hundred twenty-five thousand dinars) and student ID issuance fees.

  • Fees for Administrative Departments (Accounting Technology): 875,000 IQD (Eight hundred seventy-five thousand dinars).
    This amount includes registration fees of 125,000 IQD (one hundred twenty-five thousand dinars) and student ID issuance fees.

 

  • A grade certification from the secondary school indicating the GPA, authenticated by the Directorate of Education (one original and two photocopies).
  • A medical examination report from a health center (one original and two photocopies).
  • Civil Status ID and Nationality Certificate or National ID card of the student (colored copies).
  • Eight recent colored photos with a white background.
  • Student guarantor, as follows:
    The guarantor must be an employee and must provide: (1) a certification from the guarantor’s department, (2) department ID, (3) civil or national ID, and (4) residence card.

  1. Due to the incomplete enrollment for the Engineering and Administrative Departments, students applying for the evening studies program with an average below 63.8 who wish to enroll in these departments are requested to come to the institute and register directly; there is no need to wait for the announcement of their names.

  2. Students with an average of 63.8 or above whose names have not appeared on the announced lists are asked to visit the Najaf Technical Institute to submit an appeal for further review.

  3. Students whose names have appeared on the department lists and have already registered but wish to transfer to another department within the Najaf Technical Institute are requested to fill out the designated form for this purpose. Their request will be reviewed by the relevant committee.
