Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Unit

The incubator's role is to support and nurture ideas, projects, research, and patents by establishing and expanding business incubators to build future generations capable of stimulating creativity and innovation, as well as facilitating the process of knowledge and research in Iraq. The work of the technology incubator is based on providing a supportive developmental and mentoring environment through offering activities, events, and both scientific and practical content to the members of the incubators and all related parties, whether individuals or institutions.

"Embracing and supporting entrepreneurial ideas of business pioneers at the university across all sectors and transforming them into real projects that benefit and contribute to enhancing and developing the national economy."

*Providing legal, technical, administrative, training, marketing, and consulting services.
*Offering investment services related to feasibility studies and facilitating access to funding sources.
* Providing financial, administrative, and marketing support and advice, in addition to administrative or technical training for the incubated projects.

1- Attracting young people with initiatives and creative ideas and forming an official umbrella for youth initiatives, empowering them to develop and apply entrepreneurial ideas in the best possible way.
2- Providing a positive environment to incubate creative ideas and pioneering work within the college, with a broader connection to the university, and turning ideas into tangible reality.
3- Providing the essential infrastructure needed to start entrepreneurial projects and assisting in securing the initial funding necessary to launch these projects, as well as expanding entrepreneurial ventures by connecting with interested investors.
4- Introducing entrepreneurs to methods of protecting intellectual property and preparing them for various administrative tasks required for the successful management and marketing of their projects .
5- Establishing local and international partnerships with local and international scientific and technical institutions and centers, and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship through all available means among the college staff and students, so that creativity and innovation become the language of dialogue and production.
6- Connecting new projects with the market and contributing to reducing and solving the unemployment problem.
