The Health Management Department offers an extensive study of the aspects related to health management systems. The academic program includes essential requirements that prepare students to enter the field of health management, enabling them to create and provide modern solutions for improving and managing the health sector both locally and regionally. The department accepts graduates from the scientific and biological branches of the preparatory school. The department was established and composed according to Administrative Order No. 7/35/4413 dated 31/10/2022, based on the university order issued by the Secretariat of Al-Furat Al-Awsat University No. S A/18/1755 on 27/10/2022. The department officially began admitting students in the academic year 2022-2023.

Preparing managers and executives to handle administrative actions in health institutions, highly qualified through continuous development to achieve outstanding performance with efficiency and effectiveness.

The preparation of graduates in the field of health administration who are capable of providing modern and advanced solutions in the field of specialization, in a way that meets the increasing number of healthcare institutions. In addition, providing the community with specialized studies and contemporary methods and techniques in the management of healthcare institutional facilities in particular.
