• Achieved Consultant Engineer rank from the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, 2023.
• Secretary and member of the Examination Committee in the Civil Technologies Department (2016–2018).
• Head of the Training and Technical Support Division – Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, University Presidency (2018–2021).
• Lecturer in the Civil Technologies Department at the Technical Institute – Najaf / Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University (2015–2024).

The department was established in 1978 and includes the Construction and Building branch. Students graduate from this department in large numbers, serving as mid-level technical staff. The department carries out various field and laboratory tasks, provides engineering consultations, and prepares designs in the field of civil engineering through the Scientific and Consulting Services Office.
The department graduates more than 40 students annually. Graduates work in several fields, including building construction, irrigation and drainage canals, sewage and water systems, road and airport construction, and more. The top 10% of students continue their studies in Iraqi universities.

Preparing scientifically and practically qualified human resources in the field of civil engineering technologies, capable of competing in the labor market in accordance with adopted global quality standards and advancements in construction and urban development.
1- Enhancing technical work by developing curricula and updating laboratories in accordance with globally recognized Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards, as well as involving department staff in specialized qualifying training courses.
2- Contributing to community service by organizing courses and workshops on various civil engineering applications, advancing construction and reconstruction efforts with high-quality standards.
3- Exchanging theoretical and practical technical expertise with technical institutes, colleges with similar specializations, and the private sector labor market.
