President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Inspects Reconstruction Projects at the College
As part of his ongoing field visits to inspect and follow up on the performance of the university’s formations within the geographical area, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, inspected the reconstruction projects at Najaf Polytechnic College, accompanied by the Chairman of the Najaf Provincial Council, Dr. Hussein Al-Issawi, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadi, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali.
He reviewed the progress of work on a number of promising projects, including:
- The building of the Department and lecture halls for the Cosmetic and Laser Department.
- The building of the Department and lecture halls for the Oil Refining Department.
- A lecture hall building with a capacity of 500 students.
- A project to establish a laboratory for student training and qualification.
- A project to establish laboratories for the Oil Refining Department.
The implementation of the items specified in the estimated cost assessment, work progress schedule, completion rates, and required materials was also followed up, with the aim of providing a comfortable and safe university environment for students at the beginning of the upcoming academic year.
He also expressed his observations and emphasized that all materials and construction works must comply with standard engineering specifications.
