The halls were also equipped with all necessary services, and cold water was provided to students to enhance concentration and create a stable and organized examination environment. The institute’s administration adopted a precise organizational plan aimed at achieving the highest levels of efficiency during the exams. By distributing students across halls according to well-thought-out mechanisms that take into account student density and ensure a calm and organized environment, as well as organizing entry to the halls and monitoring attendance with high discipline, along with providing administrative and service support to all academic departments, this was reflected positively on the smooth and regular conduct of the exams. Examination committees continued to monitor the progress of the exams directly to ensure compliance with approved university instructions and regulations and to work on addressing any obstacles immediately and professionally, reflecting the level of institutional readiness and organizational expertise that the institute possesses in managing the examination process with high efficiency and responsibility. Preparations also included preparing all logistical and technical requirements and organizing the work of teaching and administrative staff within the examination halls in a way that enhances the standards of academic discipline and establishes a learning environment based on organization and accuracy.
