The Najaf Technical Institute received an official visit from the Central University Committee responsible for monitoring Human Resources (HR) and Student Information Systems (SIS) systems. This visit aimed to develop administrative performance and address the technical challenges facing these systems. The committee, headed by Dr. Ta’mim Hamid Ubaida, held a series of technical meetings with the institute’s administrative and technical staff. During these meetings, they discussed the most prominent problems hindering the operation of the SIS and HR systems and worked on developing practical solutions to improve performance efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of administrative procedures. The visit also focused on enhancing the integration of electronic systems to support data accuracy, expedite transactions, and keep pace with the requirements of digital transformation in educational institutions. Furthermore, the committee listened to employee feedback and suggestions for improving the work environment. For his part, the Dean of the Najaf Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, expressed his appreciation for the visit, emphasizing that “the presence of the Central Committee reflects the university’s leadership’s interest in monitoring technical and administrative details and working to find fundamental solutions to the challenges facing electronic systems.” He added that the institute is committed to adopting the latest digital systems to enhance performance efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to students and staff. This visit comes within the framework of the Middle Euphrates Technical University’s efforts to promote digital transformation and address the challenges related to the SIS and HR systems. This resulted in the presentation of practical solutions and recommendations aimed at developing institutional performance and achieving electronic integration, which will positively impact the quality of work at the Najaf Technical Institute.
