The Najaf Technical Institute witnessed remarkable regularity in the conduct of national examinations, according to the schedule approved by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This schedule includes two exams daily, at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, in English, Arabic, and Computer Science. This intensive organization comes as part of the students’ ongoing preparations, coinciding with the approaching competitive entrance exams for postgraduate studies. This necessitates a rapid academic pace, demanding high levels of focus and discipline. This system has positively impacted student readiness by familiarizing them with an intensive examination environment that simulates the nature of upcoming academic challenges. In this context, the institute’s administration and teaching staff were keen to provide an exemplary examination environment through strict adherence to ministerial instructions, proper organization of examination halls, and the application of standards of fairness and equal opportunity for all students. This ensures the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination process. The adoption of the two-exam-a-day system reflects the precision of the ministry’s central planning and its endeavor to complete the national examinations within specific timeframes without compromising the rigor of academic evaluation and the quality of its outcomes. This approach also embodies the educational institutions’ commitment to raising the level of students’ academic performance. For his part, the Dean of the Najaf Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali stated that “the high commitment shown by the students and teaching staff contributed greatly to the success of the examinations according to the established plan, noting that the adoption of the two-exam system daily enhances the students’ time management efficiency and prepares them effectively to take the competitive exams with confidence and competence. He added that the institute’s administration continues to support the students and provide everything that would achieve a fair and motivating educational environment for excellence. Thus, the Najaf Technical Institute continues to conduct the national exams at a regular pace by organizing two exams daily as part of the students’ preparations for the competitive postgraduate exams. The organizational efforts of the administration and teaching staff have contributed to providing a fair and organized examination environment.
