In embodiment of the principle of dedication to work, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, the staff of Al-Najaf Technical Institute continued their duties exceptionally during the official holiday. A series of extensive meetings were held under the chairmanship of the Dean, with the participation of the assistant deans, heads of scientific departments, and officials of the relevant divisions and units.

The intensive meetings focused on reviewing the final touches and completing the necessary preparations to obtain academic and institutional accreditation— a strategic objective that the institute seeks to achieve in line with the standards of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The Dean also conducted on-site inspections to monitor the progress of the procedures, emphasizing the importance of:

  1. Strict adherence to the specified timelines for submitting files.
  2. Applying standard criteria in documenting academic and administrative activities.
  3. Regularly updating quality assurance files to ensure the accuracy of the data submitted to ministerial committees.

The meeting witnessed a transparent discussion of the أبرز obstacles and challenges that may hinder workflow, where immediate solutions and remedies were put in place to overcome them. Dr. Al-Abdali emphasized in his address to the staff that:
“Working in a spirit of teamwork is the fundamental guarantee for advancing the institute’s level and strengthening its prestigious position among technical educational institutions.”

This mobilization comes as part of a series of developmental steps adopted by the institute’s administration, aimed at achieving a qualitative leap in the quality of technical education and enhancing institutional performance, which will positively reflect on student outcomes and community service.
