The Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Unit at the Technical Institute of Najaf, in cooperation with the Department of Optometry Technologies, organized a course entitled “Business Incubators and Their Role in Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises” on Monday, 17/11/2025, at the institute.
The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Fatima Hassan Hussein, who discussed the concept of business incubators, their importance and objectives, and how to obtain support and funding. The lecture also focused on the main challenges facing business incubators and effective ways to overcome them.
The course aimed to introduce participants to the role of business incubators in supporting small and medium enterprises, showcase successful ventures locally and globally, and highlight effective marketing strategies for emerging projects.
