The Institute’s Information Technology Department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a course entitled “Digital Transformation through Advanced Wireless Communications, Smart Fiber Resistant Infrastructure, and Computing.” Professor Martadha Ali Naseefat presented the course for three days in the department’s laboratory. The course continues as follows:
1- Basic Concepts: The first day of the course focuses on the basic concepts of digital transformation, including the necessary procedures for digital transformation from a physical system to a digital technology system.
2- Clear Infrastructure: Details of modern electronic communications systems and networks were discussed, including communications generations from the first to the sixth, as well as cloud computing.
3- Cybersecurity: Topics and topics related to cybersecurity and information security were covered, including how to secure personal and public information for companies and others, as well as how to use artificial intelligence to solve projects for companies and other institutions.
For his part, the Dean of the Institute, Professor Haider Al-Abdeli, emphasized the importance of the course in developing the practical and cognitive skills of those interested in the specialty, highlighting its role in highlighting the preparation of qualified graduates for the labor market and contributing to society. The three-day course is remarkably effective, emphasizing the need to keep pace with digital presence and provide participants with the knowledge necessary to meet the challenges of the digital age and contribute to their children.
