On the first day of the final exams for the second course for second-year students, the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, conducted an inspection tour of the examination halls to monitor the progress of the examination process.
The Dean monitored the students’ entry into the halls and ensured that they were seated in their designated seats. He also spoke directly with a number of students to inquire about their readiness for the exam and their interaction with the course material.
The Dean paid special attention to individual student cases, intervening to resolve some urgent problems that some faced at the beginning of the exams. He also checked on the conditions of students with special needs and ensured that all necessary facilities were provided for them.
During his tour, Professor Dr. Al-Abdali met with the examination and monitoring committees, thanking them for their exceptional efforts in ensuring the success of the examination process and providing a comfortable environment for students. The Dean also closely monitored the maintenance department’s work to provide adequate lighting and cooling within the examination halls. He also oversaw the services provided to students, including the provision of water and other essential supplies. This inspection tour comes as part of the Institute’s Deanship’s commitment to providing a calm and comfortable examination environment for all students and ensuring smooth and transparent examinations.
