In an important and fruitful visit, the President of the Middle Euphrates Technical University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, visited the Najaf Technical Institute, where he was received by Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, Dean of the Najaf Technical Institute.
This visit comes within the framework of the university’s ongoing efforts to improve and develop the educational environment and infrastructure of its affiliated institutes.
During the visit, an inspection tour was held that included many of the institute’s facilities, where the Dean of the Institute reviewed the plans and preparations being worked on to create new scientific buildings and classrooms, as well as land reclamation towards sustainable development.
These projects aim to improve the quality of education and provide an advanced educational environment that meets the needs of students and keeps pace with modern academic developments.
The visit also included inspecting the internal housing for the institute’s students in the Najaf site, before the holy month of Ramadan. During this tour, the President of the University listened to the students’ demands and concerns, and directed to remove obstacles and provide effective solutions. The students expressed the importance of improving living conditions in the university housing, where the university president showed great interest in their demands, stressing the need to work hard to achieve the required improvements as soon as possible. At the end of the visit, the university president stressed the importance of continuous cooperation between the university presidency and the deanships of formations to ensure sustainable development in various fields, with a focus on providing the best educational and living conditions for students. He also stressed the importance of listening to their comments and demands as an essential part of the university’s institutional development strategies
