A team from the Najaf Technical Institute students volunteered for morning studies to distribute brochures for the Najaf International Book Fair in its fourth session, scheduled to be held on February 12. This initiative was welcomed and smiled by the students who expressed their enthusiasm to attend the exhibition.
It is worth noting that the Najaf Technical Institute participated in the third session of the exhibition last year by holding seminars on religious tourism in Najaf and the history of the city, in addition to organizing student scientific trips to the exhibition grounds. The institute also organized a large book exhibition inside the university campus after the end of the third session, in which many publishing houses and publications participated.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Najaf Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Al-Abdeli, stated: “I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to our dear students at the Najaf Technical Institute for morning and evening studies, who showed a high sense of responsibility and initiative by volunteering to distribute brochures for the Najaf International Book Fair in its fourth session. This kind initiative reflects the extent of our students’ interest in culture and their support for events that enrich the cultural scene in our beloved city, Najaf. It also embodies the Institute’s keenness to instill the values of volunteering and active participation in serving the community among its students. The Institute’s participation in previous sessions of the exhibition, through holding seminars and organizing scientific trips, confirms our keenness to support this cultural event that contributes to enhancing cultural awareness and encouraging reading. I invite all students and professors of the Institute to visit the Najaf International Book Fair and benefit from its various activities.
