Under the generous patronage of the Dean of the Najaf Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Al-Abdeli, and in an atmosphere of faith filled with love and appreciation, students and professors of the Civil Technology Department, in the presence of their department head, Dr. Nabil, celebrated the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUH) in a grand ceremony held on Wednesday morning in the Scientific Complex Hall.
The ceremony witnessed wide participation from students and professors, as they presented a variety of artistic and cultural segments that highlight the status of Imam Ali (PBUH) in the hearts of Muslims. These segments included the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, religious songs expressing love for the Imam, and wonderful poems that praised his virtues and merits.
Professor Sabah Nouri also delivered a speech on behalf of the department’s presidency, in which he praised the efforts of the students and professors who organized the event, stressing the importance of celebrating this great occasion and promoting Islamic values ​​in the souls of young people.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Ali Mohammed Haidar, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Saad, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, who praised the role of students in organizing such events that enhance morale and strengthen the bonds of cooperation between members of the university community. At the end of this celebration, the Deanship of the Technical Institute, represented by Dr. Al-Abdeli, emphasized the importance of continuing to revive such religious and cultural occasions, in an effort to consolidate Islamic values ​​in the souls of young generations, and strengthen social ties between members of the university community.
