Bringing with them:
1. A certified check from Al-Rafidain Bank, Al-Ghari Branch (located in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate, Aden District) addressed to the Najaf Technical Institute – Afternoon Study, and the value of the check is as shown below:
The fees of medical department that include ( Cosmetic and Laser Techniques, Optometry Techniques, Dental Industry Techniques, Forensic Techniques and Health Management Techniques) are 2,125,000 IQDs / two millions and a hundred and twenty-five thousand dinars.
(Note that the above amount includes registration fees amounting to 125,000 IQDs /a hundred and twenty-five thousand dinars and fees for issuing an ID for the student. )
Fees for engineering departments that include (Medical Device Technologies, Oil Refining Technologies, and Communications Technologies) are 1,325,000 IQDs/ One million and three hundred and twenty-five thousand dinars.
( Note that the above amount includes registration fees amounting to 125,000 one hundred and twenty-five thousand dinars and fees for issuing an ID for the student. )
Fees of Administrative Departments that include (Accounting Techniques) are 875,000 IQDs / Eight hundred and seventy-five thousand dinars.

Registration Requirements:
1.An endorsement of grades from the middle school stating the average and certified by the Directorate of Education (an original and two photocopies).
2.Medical examination from the health center (original and two photocopies).
3.Studentm( jinssia) ID and Birth certificate card, or student watania card (colored copies).
4. (8 New color photos ) with a white background.
5.The guarantor must be an employee, and must bring (an endorsement from the their governmental work place + the workplace s ID + their ( watania ) ID + residence card).
Notes for students:
1. Due to the incompleteness of the plan for the engineering and administrative departments, students applying for afternoon studies whose averages are below 72 and wish to register in the engineering or administrative departments should please come to the institute and register directly, and there is no need to wait for your names to be announced.
2. Students whose averages are 72 or above and whose names do not appear on the announced lists.
Please come to Najaf Technical Institute and submit an objection to have the matter processed.
3. Students whose names appear on the department lists and have been registered and wish to move to another department within the Najaf Technical Institute, please fill out the form designated for this purpose, and their request will be considered by the relevant committee.
