The discussions focused on improving the quality of higher education, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and preparing qualified national professionals capable of leading academic and research transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research, <strong>Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahad<\/strong>, emphasized the Ministry\u2019s commitment to expanding cooperation and strengthening institutional coordination with relevant international organizations, particularly UNESCO.
