Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Al-Najaf Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, the institute continues conducting the final examinations for second-stage students across all scientific specializations in the morning study program. The examinations are being held amid comprehensive organizational and service preparations aimed at providing an ideal academic environment that enables students to take their exams in an atmosphere characterized by calmness, discipline, and psychological comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the early hours of the examination period, the institute\u2019s facilities have witnessed organized procedures and continuous field monitoring by the administration and examination committees. Examination halls were fully prepared through the operation of air-conditioning systems in classrooms in line with the current weather conditions. In addition, cold drinking water was provided and distributed to students inside the examination halls to ensure a suitable environment that supports concentration and stability during examinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The institute administration emphasized its commitment to implementing the examination plan according to the highest standards of organization and efficiency through the distribution of students among examination halls in a well-planned manner that considers student density and ensures a calm and organized atmosphere. Accurate mechanisms were also adopted to monitor student attendance and facilitate their entry into examination halls, alongside providing full administrative and service support to all scientific departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The examination committees directly supervised the examination process to ensure adherence to approved university regulations and instructions and to address any obstacles immediately, reflecting the institute\u2019s high level of readiness and efficiency in managing the examination process responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The preparations also included providing all logistical and technical requirements, as well as organizing the work of teaching and administrative staff inside examination halls to achieve the highest levels of academic discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the ongoing field supervision, Prof. Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali continued his inspection tours to review the progress of the final examinations and confirm the availability of all requirements contributing to the success of the examination process. He praised the efforts of the examination committees and the teaching, administrative, and service staff working collaboratively to ensure the success of examinations according to approved academic standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The institute administration stated that these efforts are part of its vision to provide an integrated educational environment that considers both the academic and human aspects of students and contributes to creating a positive atmosphere that enhances their ability to perform at their best during final examinations. It also affirmed that the success of the examination process is the result of cooperation and coordination among the administration, teaching staff, organizational committees, and service teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Najaf Technical Institute, one of the formations of the Middle Euphrates Technical University, continues its efforts to support the academic process and improve educational and service standards by adopting modern organizational plans and providing an integrated university environment that contributes to achieving the institution\u2019s goals and strengthening standards of quality and academic excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
