As part of a continuous scientific effort to transition towards a polytechnic system and expand its academic offerings, the Najaf Technical Institute at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University welcomed a specialized ministerial committee to review the final requirements for establishing promising academic departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee was received by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, along with his academic, administrative, and student affairs deputies, in the presence of the Director of the Studies and Planning Department at the University Presidency, Dr. Haider Aziz Al-Shibli, and a number of professors and instructors. This visit is part of the Institute’s strategic vision to modernize its specializations (medical, engineering, and administrative) to keep pace with the demands of the technological revolution and the job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee conducted a detailed field tour that included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Infrastructure: Advanced classrooms and engineering workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Specialized Laboratories: Reviewing the available technical and technological capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Polytechnic File: Discussion of the mechanisms for the comprehensive transformation of the institute’s departments towards a global applied technical system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    During the meeting, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali affirmed that the institute has made significant strides in fulfilling the required conditions and standards. He emphasized that the institute’s efforts extend beyond mere establishment to providing a comprehensive educational environment that ensures the graduation of technically competent individuals capable of leading the construction sector. Al-Abdali pointed out that the Department of Architectural Engineering Technology represents a cornerstone in the polytechnic’s transformation project and a qualitative addition to the Middle Euphrates Technical University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For its part, the ministerial committee expressed its admiration for the high level of preparedness, praising the exceptional efforts exerted by the institute’s deanship, represented by Dr. Al-Abdali, and all its staff. The committee affirmed that the Najaf Technical Institute is progressing steadily towards achieving its scientific goals, thanks to sound planning and the development of an academic environment that rivals that of reputable educational institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
