This was achieved through its resident scientific program, which includes a large number of creative, academic, and applied scientists. This program keeps pace with the rapid advancements of modern life and the demands of contemporary development. This active role was highlighted by the official praise from the First Deputy Governor of Najaf, Imad al-Jazaeri, who clearly contributed to the institute&#8217;s development. He noted the evident natural evidence of its commitment to pursuing scientific research and development, which equips students with advanced technologies. He emphasized their ability to transform their ideas into practical, implementable models. He further stated that these projects not only indicate new academic and scientific output but also contribute to service and environmental projects. He specifically mentioned the institute&#8217;s plan, which selected a globally recognized designer certified in developed countries. This designer made a distinguished contribution at a local development conference and a related conference with new students. He commended their outstanding scientific level and high level of creativity, affirming that these young talents represent a fundamental pillar in building the future. He concluded by wishing them a successful start and continued progress. The fruits of its labor are evident over the years, as it emphasizes the necessity of adopting successful student design projects for the Computer Development Authority to study their creativity. Najaf aims to transform these projects directly into private initiatives that contribute to the development of the city&#8217;s vision and its urban infrastructure, in line with the comprehensive scientific strategy. This approach stems from the fundamental need to link educational outcomes with the market and to activate the role of academic institutions in supporting development goals. This places the Najaf Technical Institute at the forefront of efforts to integrate knowledge and practical application. The Najaf Technical Institute is considered a leading model for an institution that effectively supports the development of online learning for programming languages, guided by a comprehensive administrative vision.
