He also stressed the importance of completing the requirements of the second semester in universities, colleges, departments, and branches according to the approved organizational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Al-Askari listened to the proposals of the university presidents regarding the development of the scientific and administrative skills and capabilities of teaching and administrative staff, emphasizing that preserving their rights and entitlements and building their capacities is a fundamental pillar in the path of sustainable institutional development. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research called on the university to confront challenges with initiative, responsibility, and openness to productive partnerships with the private sector.
