The Opinion Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reassures all employees in its institutions that the Cabinet\u2019s decision in no way affects the university service allowances granted to full-time university service employees according to the law, nor does it affect the allowances granted under the provisions of items (First) and (Second) of Article (14) of the University Service Law for both technical and administrative staff. What is stated in paragraph (7) of Cabinet Resolution No. (40) of 2026 is fully consistent with the legal provisions contained in the University Service Law, which remain in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
