As we remember the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we recognize the vital role that women have played, and continue to play, in shaping our understanding of the world around us. As we recognize the creative women of our country, Iraq, throughout history and into the present, this day is not only an occasion to recognize them, but also a confirmation of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where every aspiring scientist, regardless of gender, can thrive and innovate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Deans of the Technical Institute-Najaf, we are extremely proud of the outstanding faculty and staff here at our institute. Your patience, resilience, and unwavering dedication to your fields of work are an inspiration to us all. You are not only leaders of researchers and educators, but also mentors and role models, guiding and supporting future generations of scientists, both women and men. Your commitment to helping all students succeed is a testament to your passion for science and your belief in the potential of every individual in our community and our institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would like to express my encouragement to our female students who are striving to achieve the highest grades in various scientific disciplines. You have embarked on a challenging and difficult but incredibly rewarding journey. Your curiosity, intelligence, and hard work will inevitably lead you to creativity and discovery. Know that you belong here at Najaf Technical Institute\/Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. You have the talent and potential to make significant contributions in your chosen fields.
