The second is the International Day of Clean Energy, which highlights the urgent need to transition to clean energy sources to combat climate change and ensure a sustainable future.
These two occasions are deeply interconnected, as education is crucial to leading the transition to clean energy. We need well-trained engineers, scientists, and innovators to develop and deploy renewable energy technologies, improve energy efficiency, and build a sustainable energy future. Clean energy solutions depend on informed and engaged citizens, and education enables us to understand the environmental and social impacts of energy choices, make informed decisions as consumers, and advocate for policies that promote clean energy.
Students have the important role they play in shaping a sustainable future.
First: Embrace the power of education through continuous learning, exploring new ideas, and developing the skills needed to contribute to a clean energy future.
