It highlighted the pivotal role of these regulations in protecting student rights and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the educational process. Emphasis was also placed on promoting academic values within the university community by adhering to laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seminar included three main topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first topic introduced the legal frameworks related to campus regulations, emphasizing their importance in organizing university life and safeguarding the rights of all parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The second topic discussed the rules and regulations that students must follow on campus, covering a range of behaviors and actions that ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The third topic focused on the penalties that may be imposed for violating university regulations, presenting a range of consequences students may face if they commit any infractions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, the Dean of Al-Najaf Technical Institute, Prof. Dr. Al-Abdali, emphasized the importance of organizing such seminars, workshops, and lectures, noting their significant role in educating students about the importance of complying with university laws and regulations and strengthening the sense of belonging to the academic institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the conclusion of the seminar, a discussion session was held between the students and the guest speaker, Lecturer Russel Abdulhadi Hassan, where students raised numerous questions and inquiries about various aspects of the topic, all of which were answered clearly and comprehensively.
