The curricula include theoretical and practical subjects related to both branches, providing students with the necessary skills in managing and operating hotels and restaurants, dealing with guests and customers, and preparing tourism programs.\nThe theoretical and practical study also covers tourism marketing systems and electronic reservation systems (Amadeus), in addition to practical training and skills in hotels and restaurants.\nIn the academic year 2026\u20132027, the department was transformed into the Polytechnic College of Tourism and Hotel Management.
