Vision
One of the fundamental requirements of the educational process is the presence of educational counseling units to follow up on students' affairs and their various needs. This includes clarifying university regulations for students, listening to their problems, attempting to solve them, and providing the necessary resources to ensure the successful continuation of the educational process.
Mission
The educational mission, with its psychological, ethical, and cultural aspects, is among the most important requirements of university education. The educational counseling units are primarily responsible for accomplishing this essential task.
Goals
Communicating university regulations to students.
Spreading the culture of the university campus, including the responsibilities of all students.
Listening to students' problems.
Following up on students' problems and needs, attempting to resolve these problems, and providing the required resources through coordination with the institute's respected administration.
Implementing administrative orders and instructions issued by the university administration and the institute's administration.
Holding various cultural and advisory seminars.
