📋 About the Student Affairs Division
The Student Affairs Division is considered one of the important divisions in the institute, as it is responsible for all matters related to students from the moment they are admitted to the institute until their graduation. Due to its direct connection with the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the division responds to all official correspondence addressed to it and issues all administrative orders related to students such as transfers, nomination modifications, failure cases, postponements, and dismissals. The division is also responsible for auditing the documents of students accepted into the institute. In addition, it manages the printing, issuing, and receiving of official documents and correspondence related to its work, as it has its own internal documentation and correspondence system.

- Organizing and following up on students’ administrative affairs according to approved regulations and instructions.
- Ensuring students’ rights and addressing issues and challenges they may face during their studies.
- Supervising the implementation of admission, registration, transfer, postponement, failure, and dismissal procedures.
- Promoting discipline and commitment within the university environment.
- Developing administrative work mechanisms to ensure speed and accuracy in completing student transactions.
- Coordinating with academic departments and relevant administrative divisions to serve students effectively.

- Organizing student files and maintaining their academic and administrative records from admission until graduation.
- Following up on central admission procedures, accepting new students, and auditing their official documents.
- Issuing university ID cards and official documents related to students.
- Following transfer and guest student procedures between institutes and colleges according to approved regulations.
- Implementing postponement, reinstatement, and dismissal procedures according to ministerial instructions.
- Reviewing exam results and monitoring cases of failure and progression to the next academic stage.
- Issuing graduation documents and various official certificates for students and graduates.
- Organizing student lists and continuously updating their databases.
- Monitoring students’ compliance with university regulations and instructions within the institute.
- Receiving students’ requests and complaints and working to resolve them in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Preparing statistics and periodic reports related to the number of students, admissions, and graduates.
- Coordinating with academic departments regarding student distribution and class schedules.
- Following up with outstanding and talented students and encouraging them to continue excelling.
